ORDERS:
All orders are to be placed on-line through webstore or email ordering.
[A] There is no minimum order.
[B] If a similar substitute is NOT wanted, please say "NO SUBS" in comments box during check-out or email us with subject line: NO SUBSTITUTES !!
[C] We do not sell illegal/conterfeit merchandise.
[D] All orders are subject to the approval of the sales department.
[E] All prices are for merchandise only - shipping and handling costs are not included. as low as possible at all times and are subject to change without notice.
International shipping does not include customs, duty or import fees or charges.
[F] Orders are accepted to prices prevailing at the time of shipment and our ability to fill them.
[G] We reserve the right to refuse to do business with anyone.
[H] Sunshine Sinsations cannot/will not be responsible for typograpical errors and/or omissions.
[I] Any damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
[J] Cancelled footwear orders are charged a 15% re-processing fee.
PAYMENT
Credit Card - Debit Card -- To help prevent fraud on first time orders over $500 we WILL ship to the billing/confirmed address and require a signature upon delivery.
We will request an email of authorization for Sunshine Sinsations to use the card, signed with a e-certified signature.
Money Order - mailed to Sunshine Sinsations, 723 Bianca Dr NE, Palm Bay, FL 32905 ( USA)
PayPal (U.S. and some foreign countries) use PayPal to transfer funds by e-Check. All first time payments of $500+, WILL require shipping to a PayPal confirmed address.
Sales tax will be charged on all FLORIDA orders.
International orders:
To help prevent fraud, All FIRST TIME orders going OUTSIDE the United States, it's Territories and Canada require payment via PayPal. International rates are shown in shopping cart before checking out, customs, duties, taxes are NOT included and are paid by the buyer.
SHIPPING - PLEASE ORDER EARLY rather than later.

Sunshine Sinsations utilizes all forms of shipping. We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx. If buyer has preference as to shipping method, buyer is to contact Sunshine Sinsations via EMAIL with order # to notify of preferred shipper.
[B] Buyers are 100% responsible to be 100% available for whenever UPS or USPS makes the delivery. If buyer misses the delivery and the order is returned to us, then the buyer must prepay the exact amount for the two way shipping before we can reship that order. If the buyer does not request reshipping, and the order is replaced back into stock, then the customer is billed: a 20% "order processing/pulling & order reprocessing/restocking" fee; plus the two times the UPS or USPS shipping charge, minus the initial payment.
[C] Orders are processed in the order that we received a cleared payment and other requested information.
Within same day, or 2 or 3 work days, we get out 90% of the orders, "THEN" your order is ready to give to shipper. (99% of the orders get out within 4 working days after the day we receive payment).
"AFTER", shipper has picked up the order here in Florida, the delivery time takes from 1 to 5 business days for ground service around the U.S..
Ground, Next Day, 2 day and 3 day delivery options are offered on all shipments pending notifictaion to Sunshine Sinsations of preferred shipping method.
Tracking info will be emailed to buyer once item(s) have shipped.
[D] Sunshine Sinsations offers dropshipping service for free to allow buyers to send "gifts" to anyone WORLDWIDE. The price on the shipping/ordering page is a total price. This service is offered to repeat buyers in good standing with our company. If utilizing our drop ship service, buyer will need to contact Sunshine Sinsations via email with all shipping info to ship to.
[E] We ship as as soon as possible. We are not obligated to make delivery on any specified date and assume no liability for damages due to any delay or inability to fill orders.
[F] All first orders over $350 paid by credit card WILL be shipped to the billing/bank-confirmed address and a signature will be required upon delivery.
RETURNS :
Making a decision to buy merchandise on the internet, and not being able to "see, touch and feel" it first, is the inherent risk. Therefore, we at Sunshine Sinsations offer the following return privileges.
100% MONEY BACK refund or credit, on qualified merchandise. Any merchandise that is not factory fresh in its original packaging, shows signs of damage, shows sign of being previously worn WILL NOT be eligible for return.
There is a 20% re-stocking fee on returned shoes.
Allow up to 3 weeks for credit to appear in your account or for any monies paid to be returned from the day we receive the return.
To qualify for a 100% merchandise refund or credit, please comply with the following 3 steps:
Merchandise must be "received" by Sunshine Sinsations no later than 18 days after our ship date.
Buyer MUST contact Sunshine Sinsations via email to request an RMA # prior to returning merchandise.
Remit a copy of your invoice and place inside return box with a note requesting a refund back to your payment method, or credit applied to your next order.
The following rules must apply and will be strictly enforced.
[A] No credit is given for any shipping and handling.
[B] NO DAMAGE of ANY KIND WILL BE ACCEPTED - such as shopworn, sun-fading, finger prints, hanger marks, perfume, smoke or cosmetic smell, writing on hang tags, worn or washed items, etc.
[C] All original tags, bags, wrappings, display boxes, shoe & boot boxes, hangers, etc. must be returned as new.
[D] Merchandise sold by: the dozen, or unit in packages, or displays, must be returned full.
[E] Merchandise that does not meet the above standards will not be credited or processed and the sender will have to pay shipping charges in advance to have the box returned. Uncalled for merchandise will be discarded after 30 days.
[F] ANY unsolicited return for ANY reason past the expiration date of 18 days after the ship date, or without an authorization number on the box or without a copy of invoice inside the box
will be treated as a return as listed below:
UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS, due to errors or omissions on the part of the buyer, are debited shipping and handling both ways plus a 15 % restocking fee.
Sunshine Sinsations reserves the right to edit or withdraw the above privileges at any time, and/or refuse to do business with anyone.
